About the role
TL;DR
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex recycling system projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- •AMP Robotics is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex recycling system projects.
- •This hands-on role involves accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, risk, customer communication, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of engineering, procurement, assembly, shipping, site-readiness, installation, and commissioning activities for multiple concurrent project deployments.
- •Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and overall project status.
- •Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, committed costs, and estimates at completion.
- •Proactively identify project risks, constraints, and emerging issues, developing mitigation plans.
- •Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- •Eight or more years of experience managing complex industrial, manufacturing, automation, material-handling, construction, or capital-equipment projects.
- •Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout.
- •Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, change control, procurement, and contractor coordination.
- •Ability to travel to customer and project sites as required (up to 50%).
