  • As a Digital Research & Insights Specialist, you will contribute to projects from research through execution, helping shape solutions and supporting teams.
  • You will manage relationships and communication across internal teams and with clients, produce early drafts of reports, and monitor environmental shifts.
  • This role focuses on Qualtrics administration and survey support to drive user experience and content improvements.
  • Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage surveys in Qualtrics.
  • Analyze and synthesize survey and user research findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Pull and format standard reports and dashboards from Qualtrics data.
  • Partner with digital team members to translate research insights into site or product improvements.
  • Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, and other materials.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital role(s). 1+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Qualtrics.
  • Familiarity with UX or accessibility concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
