Coordinate operations, manage relationships, and liaise between Ukraine and Paris for Alta Ares.
- •Alta Ares is seeking a Strategic Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone in Ukraine, supporting field activities, managing local relationships, and linking Ukraine operations with Paris headquarters.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, document management, scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
- •Act as the primary coordination link between the Kyiv office and Alta Ares HQ in Paris.
- •Coordinate with Ukrainian defence partners, institutional stakeholders, and government contacts.
- •Support the organization of field demonstrations, events, and media coordination.
- •Requirements 1-4 years of experience in operations, coordination, project management, or administrative support.
- •Native Ukrainian speaker and English at B2 level minimum (written and spoken).
- •Exceptionally organized, reliable, discreet, and trustworthy.
- •Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, unpredictable environment.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in defence technology and European security.
