- •AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Pre-Sales Consultant to lead the UK Financial Services Pre-sales team.
- •This critical role involves partnering with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense's AI-driven market intelligence platform to prospective clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Sales Consultants supporting Account Executives in closing new business.
- •Drive product evaluations, discovery calls, and tailored workshops to showcase platform value.
- •Translate client challenges into compelling use cases and provide feedback to influence product roadmap.
- •Develop and implement resource coverage models and recruit top talent for the growing team.
- •Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and drive growth.
- •Requirements Proven track record of successfully managing a team of at least 5 client-facing individuals. 5+ years of experience in sales or client success with a minimum of 2 years direct people management experience.
- •Strong aptitude and willingness to learn complex product and industry information.
- •Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms and operationalize customer journeys.
- •Intelligent, articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing professional with superior rapport-building skills.
