- •Alice & Bob is seeking a Hardware Platform Operation team leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their cryoplatform.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring the highest availability rate of their quantum computing hardware.
- •Key Responsibilities Organize, plan, and oversee daily operations, including user request management and planning.
- •Ensure cryostats and control electronics are maintained and operational, managing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- •Oversee the in-house fabrication, assembly, and integration of hardware systems, including cryostats and wiring.
- •Lead and inspire a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative environment and driving professional growth.
- •Requirements Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Production Management. 5+ years of experience in a production or critical infrastructure environment.
- •Strong experience in team management and production management.
- •Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal.
