- •Drive design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) in collaboration with engineering teams.
- •Qualify and manage suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- •Requirements 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience on hardware products.
- •Proven experience taking a product from prototype to production.
- •Fluency in DFM/DFA, PFMEA, process capability, and fixture design.
- •Practical quality system experience and supplier management skills.
- •Comfortable being the sole manufacturing function initially while designing for scale.
