- •Algolia is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for APAC to lead its partner strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South East Asia.
- •This role focuses on technical partnerships, embedding Algolia into solutions built by consulting, systems integrators, technology, and cloud partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Algolia's partner strategy across APAC.
- •Build and manage a portfolio of consulting, systems integration, technology, and cloud partners.
- •Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, focusing on those building AI-driven solutions.
- •Shape and champion agentic solutions that combine Algolia with technology partners.
- •Enable partners on Algolia's product and technical capabilities.
- •Requirements 7-10+ years of experience in a senior Alliance, Channel, or Partner role.
- •Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing APIs, search/AI architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- •Familiarity with agentic AI and accelerator programs.
- •Experience working with cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and/or major systems integrators.
- •Salesforce.com experience managing opportunities.
