- •Alan is seeking a high-potential Internal Control professional to define and own control activities end-to-end.
- •This role focuses on building solutions and acting as a business partner on risks, leveraging AI and automation to detect emerging risks early.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and implement control frameworks on processes, leveraging AI and automation.
- •Strengthen the system for identifying and monitoring risks and co-build next-generation risk tooling.
- •Perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas and manage audits from commercial partners and supervisors.
- •Expand risk management reflexes throughout the company and assist teams in designing and implementing action plans.
- •Requirements At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function.
- •Fluent in both French and English.
- •Solid understanding of Solvency II and domain expertise in insurance operations.
- •Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls.
- •A builder's mindset and a business-partner attitude.
