- •Evry Health is seeking a Commercial Health Underwriter to evaluate and underwrite new business and renewal opportunities for large group fully insured employer-sponsored health plans.
- •This role partners closely with Sales to develop competitive underwriting solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Evaluate and underwrite new business and renewal opportunities for large group fully insured commercial health plans.
- •Interpret and analyze underlying claims experience to inform underwriting decisions and policy adjustments.
- •Work closely with sales teams to develop competitive insurance products and strategies.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial health insurance underwriting (not Medicare, Medicaid, or individual market/ACA plans).
- •Experience with large group health insurance underwriting for fully insured business.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk and make sound underwriting decisions.
