Design and build learning content and infrastructure for management and leadership development.
- •Join Akeneo as a Senior L&D Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to design and build high-quality learning content and infrastructure.
- •You will focus on strengthening management and leadership development, impacting how people grow within the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop skilling content across various modalities (courses, workshops, videos, job aids).
- •Build and manage blended learning pathways on the LMS.
- •Transform existing knowledge assets into engaging learning experiences.
- •Conduct learning needs analysis and partner with subject matter experts.
- •Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development and improve learning quality.
- •Requirements Proven instructional design experience with a strong portfolio across multiple modalities.
- •Demonstrable experience designing management or leadership development content.
- •Ability to work with significant autonomy and strong project management skills.
- •Experience measuring learning effectiveness and communicating impact.
- •Hands-on experience using AI tools for content development.
