- •Airwallex is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Operations, ANZ to build and manage the control framework for regulatory and partner obligations across its Australian and New Zealand licensed entities and products.
- •This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and improving controls to ensure compliance and readiness for regulatory engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Operationalize regulatory and partner obligations into governance, controls, and execution requirements.
- •Design and implement key regulatory and partner controls, embedding them into workflows and systems.
- •Build and maintain regulator and partner-ready documentation for control scope.
- •Engage with regulators, auditors, and financial partners regarding controls.
- •Support regulatory exams, audits, and supervisory engagements in ANZ.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, audit, or risk management in fintech or financial services.
- •Proven experience translating requirements into operational controls and procedures.
- •Direct involvement in supporting regulatory exams, audits, or partner due-diligence reviews.
- •Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives.
- •Excellent analytical and writing skills for complex regulatory concepts.
