- •As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the review of Experience onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb.
- •This role will support informed decision-making and consistent operational execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Reviewing onboarding funnels for incoming Experiences and evaluating their readiness for listing on Airbnb.
- •Ensuring key performance metrics are consistently met across Operations workflows.
- •Identifying opportunities for process improvements and initiating implementation of solutions.
- •Supporting ad hoc projects based on business needs.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in Operations or relevant field.
- •Ability to interpret and apply policies, QA standards, and operational guidelines.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Self-starter with a proactive approach and action-oriented mindset.
