About the role
TL;DR
Own design for a feature area of a compliance platform end-to-end.
- •AiPrise is building the global compliance infrastructure for financial services, helping companies gain a 360° view of every business they onboard.
- •As a Product Designer II, you will own design for a defined feature area of our compliance platform end to end, turning complicated processes into clear, intuitive experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Make design decisions independently within your feature area, applying and extending our design system.
- •Own medium-complexity projects end to end, from discovery through launch, with minimal oversight.
- •Combine customer conversations, usability testing, and product analytics to validate design decisions.
- •Partner closely with product and engineering to clarify the problem, requirements, and measures of success.
- •Requirements 3+ years as a product designer with a track record of shipping features.
- •Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, fintech, or data-heavy products.
- •A portfolio showing problem framing, research, exploration, and design decisions.
- •Fluency in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
- •Clear communication and a collaborative approach with product managers and engineers.
