TL;DR
Lead clinical team and shape clinical direction for a healthy aging platform.
- •Bold is seeking a Medical Director to join our clinical team, focusing on preventive and lifestyle medicine for older adults.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality telehealth care focused on prevention, weight management, chronic disease management, and lifestyle interventions.
- •Model best practices in clinical documentation and medical decision-making for the clinical team.
- •Stay current with the latest medical research and literature, particularly in MSK care, chronic pain management, and digital health outcomes.
- •Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of physicians and nurse practitioners.
- •Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- •Requirements MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Lifestyle Medicine.
- •Active and unrestricted medical licenses in CA, TX, PA.
- •Multistate license preferred.
- •Active individual Medicare enrollment in good standing. 5+ years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred. 2+ years experience in telehealth with high proficiency with EMRs & communication tools.
