TL;DR
Founding Product Designer to shape AI agent product for financial services.
- •Salient is hiring its first product designer to shape the next phase of its AI agent product for regulated financial services.
- •This is a hands-on role with broad ownership, working directly with product, engineering, customers, and leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product design from customer research through launch and iteration.
- •Design customer interfaces for configuring, testing, launching, monitoring, and improving AI agents.
- •Build workflows for conversation review, quality assurance, approvals, escalations, and human intervention.
- •Create a consistent experience across Salient's products and build the company's design system.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product design experience.
- •Experience designing AI-powered products, agents, or human-in-the-loop systems.
- •Portfolio showcasing ownership from ambiguous problem to launch.
- •Strong interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and systems thinking.
- •Experience building or significantly improving a design system.
