- •Delinea is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead design for a significant product area within their identity security platform.
- •This role involves shaping product strategy, guiding complex projects, and mentoring other designers.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead design projects from concept to delivery, including strategy, interaction models, workflows, and prototypes.
- •Set a high bar for craft and collaboration, influencing design practice across the organization.
- •Partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure ambitious designs are feasible and accurately executed.
- •Mentor junior designers, providing feedback on craft, process, and best practices.
- •Contribute to and evolve the Delinea Design System, championing consistency across the product portfolio.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer with a track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end.
- •A portfolio demonstrating design skill and leadership on complex, cross-functional, or ambiguous problems.
- •Deep expertise in interaction design and user experience principles.
- •Strong leadership and project management skills, comfortable navigating multi-team projects.
- •High proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools, including AI-assisted tools.
