- •Airwallex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their T0 (Agentic) Finance team in San Francisco.
- •This role will define and drive product design vision for AI-powered financial solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams to eliminate financial busywork for startups globally.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive product design vision from concept to launch.
- •Collaborate with product managers to scope design requirements and build project plans.
- •Research and advocate for user needs, translating complex financial workflows into approachable experiences.
- •Lead end-to-end design across desktop, mobile web, and native app experiences.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive system solutions.
- •Requirements 7+ years of UX/product design experience across desktop, mobile web, and native app experiences.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems and multi-channel user journeys.
- •Proficiency in UX methods (generative research, information architecture, interaction design, user testing) and systems thinking.
- •Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- •Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
