About the role
TL;DR
Develop and improve AI features for clinical workflows.
- •You'll own clinical product areas end-to-end: talking to clinicians, figuring out what they actually need, building it, shipping it, and iterating on it in production.
- •Key Responsibilities Talk to clinicians constantly, understand their daily workflows, and turn real friction into clean solutions Build end-to-end AI features: architect and ship fullstack solutions that leverage LLMs to augment clinical workflows Design and run evaluations to make sure what you ship is clinically safe, accurate, and useful Work directly with the founders to set product direction for clinical workflows Requirements Formal medical training (MD, DO, or international equivalent) and real clinical experience Comfortable building with code: fullstack experience and hands-on work with LLMs High agency: you see a problem, talk to a user, and fix it without waiting for a spec User-obsessed: you talk to clinicians, not about them, and you know what it means to get a clinical decision wrong Honest: you say what you think, flag what's broken, and care more about getting it right than being right
