Manage end-to-end hearing process for Social Security Disability cases.
- •As a Hearings Representative at Advocate, you will manage the entire hearing process for Social Security Disability cases.
- •Key Responsibilities Review medical and non-medical evidence Build a medical record summary and case theory Draft pre-hearing briefs Conduct pre-hearing conference calls with claimants Represent clients at SSA hearings Drive post-hearing wrap-up Requirements EDPNA or Attorney with significant prior SSA hearing experience Ability to analyze medical records and draft briefs Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
