About the role
TL;DR
Build and maintain scalable technology solutions for Advocate's Tech Ops team.
- •Join our Tech Ops team to build and maintain scalable technology solutions for Advocate.
- •Key Responsibilities Build a centralized internal workbench to visualize the entire claimant journey.
- •Develop the External Claimant Portal for real-time case status updates.
- •Engineer the Growth Engine to scale marketing operations.
- •Automate operational feedback and production fixes using AI.
- •Lead the migration and integration of our current tech stack onto new infrastructure.
- •Digitize and automate physical mail processing and government forms.
- •Requirements Extreme ownership and high availability.
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- •Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- •Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- •Ability to balance short-term viability and long-term stability.
