TL;DR
Recruit top talent to drive company growth and strengthen culture.
- •Drive Addi's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring world-class talent that will define our success, while operating as a trusted partner to our leaders.
- •Ensure every hire raises our talent bar, strengthens our culture, and becomes a cornerstone of our long-term trajectory.
- •Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, consistently delivering exceptional talent and successfully closing complex and senior-level requisitions.
- •Achieve and maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for all assigned requisitions.
- •Ensure hired candidates are rated as high quality in their first 6-month review.
- •Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to primary hiring managers, consistently achieving high satisfaction on internal feedback.
- •Requirements 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years focusing on senior-level in a high-growth technology company.
- •Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles and corporate functions.
- •Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required.
- •Demonstrates a builder's mindset, proactively identifying process gaps and helping to create solutions.
