TL;DR
Manage customer orders and program execution from PO to delivery.
- •Senra Systems is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer orders from PO acceptance to delivery.
- •This role involves managing customer relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely program deliverables.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company.
- •Manage the full program lifecycle, from contract acceptance to delivery.
- •Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance.
- •Develop and maintain program schedules and track/report program status.
- •Foster long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business growth.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or 10+ years of industry experience).
- •Minimum 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
- •Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly manufacturing processes.
- •Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and customers simultaneously.
