About the role
TL;DR
Support Phlair's commercial and go-to-market efforts in climate tech.
- •As a Growth & Operations Intern, you will support Phlair's commercial and go-to-market efforts, gaining insights into how deep-tech climate companies operate in regulation-driven markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Support go-to-market and business development efforts.
- •Help structure and maintain CRM data, sales funnels, and market intelligence.
- •Build AI-enabled workflows and automations using Claude skills/code.
- •Prepare materials for outreach, meetings, conferences, and RFPs using tools like Figma.
- •Assist with various operational tasks as needed.
- •Requirements Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, engineering, natural sciences, economics, or a related field.
- •Strong interest in climate tech, carbon removal, energy, or industrial decarbonization.
- •Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation workflows, or strong curiosity to apply AI in commercial and operational contexts.
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and communicate clearly.
- •High ownership mentality and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
