About the role
TL;DR
Plan patient treatments and manage schedules for rehabilitation services.
- •As a Planner at Basalt, you will be responsible for creating fitting schedules for patients and therapists, ensuring efficient patient flow and treatment capacity.
- •You will manage short-term and long-term planning, accurately record information, and collaborate with various healthcare professionals.
- •Key Responsibilities Scheduling patient treatments considering capacity and patient demand.
- •Creating treatment plans based on waiting lists, prioritizing and ensuring up-to-date schedules with therapists.
- •Proactively resolving bottlenecks and providing advisory input on planning.
- •Maintaining data on waiting lists, staffing, and production, reporting deviations to management.
- •Answering patient and physician queries regarding appointments.
- •Requirements Minimum MBO level 4 diploma and HBO work and thinking level.
- •Relevant planning experience, preferably in rehabilitation care.
- •Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
- •Knowledge of privacy laws regarding patient data.
