- •Mejuri is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist for a 6-month contract to diagnose inefficiencies, streamline operations, and implement data-driven solutions for fulfillment and retail store operations.
- •This role is crucial for optimizing business processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan and implement projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity in warehouse and retail operations.
- •Support the standardization of FC and Retail Fulfilment Operations, creating consistent operating procedures and best practices.
- •Develop and maintain processes, training, and performance metrics.
- •Coordinate with various business units to develop, test, and refine new warehousing processes and practices.
- •Develop hands-on proficiency with AI tools to build operational tools, automate reporting, and optimize processes.
- •Requirements Analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data to find root causes, trends, and opportunities.
- •Hands-on experience working through end-to-end fulfillment operations (inbound receiving, quality inspection, outbound picking and packing, returns processing).
- •Demonstrated background in process improvement and operations leadership with a track record of owning metrics and measuring impact.
- •Proficient understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Google Suite, and Excel.
- •AI fluency and a willingness to learn and work alongside AI tools.
