TL;DR
Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering roles and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- •We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering at Hims & Hers.
- •You’ll own full-cycle hiring for Senior to Staff+ ICs and identify and close force-multiplier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers and adjacent technical roles.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand roadmaps and anticipate future headcount needs.
- •Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- •Proactively source and engage active/passive talent.
- •Use LLMs like Claude to automate repetitive tasks.
- •Requirements 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools.
- •Proven success building pipelines for Engineering talent across Senior to Staff+ ICs and people managers.
- •Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation and workflow efficiency.
- •Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar to manage pipelines.
