- •As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our flagship product: LegalPlace Pro, our accounting and finance application.
- •You will work closely with a dedicated team of 4 developers and 1 designer.
- •Key Responsibilities Optimize the onboarding process for our clients Improve customer satisfaction and retention Define and optimize customer request management processes Automate the generation of accounting deliverables Identify churn reasons and define actions to minimize them Requirements Over 3 years of experience, ideally as a PM or strategy consultant Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity Natural leader, capable of uniting and inspiring teams Strong affinity for user experience and data analysis Autonomous, but also able to work in a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
