TL;DR
Support the corporate legal team with research, contract review, and governance.
- •As a Working Student-Corporate specialist, you will support our corporate legal team.
- •This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while balancing your studies.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist with legal research and general contract review and negotiation.
- •Support global real estate and insurance programs, and corporate governance.
- •Assist with the development of departmental processes and policies.
- •Provide general legal support for various tasks and projects.
- •Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Law with a focus on German corporate law or related field.
- •Strong academic background and excellent research and analytical skills.
- •Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- •Ability to manage time effectively and balance work with academic commitments.
