- •Hike Medical is building the defining company in musculoskeletal care, leveraging AI and robotics.
- •The Criteria Project Manager will own the production line for the Center of Excellence, ensuring timely delivery of clinical and coding knowledge for new device categories.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the code block expansion calendar and track progress.
- •Coordinate dependencies across clinical, protocol, compliance, and engineering teams.
- •Set and maintain throughput targets for agent guide production.
- •Manage the policy change queue and ensure timely updates.
- •Track HITL team onboarding and training material readiness.
- •Requirements 3+ years in program or project management in healthcare, health tech, or clinical services.
- •Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder workflows with clinical and technical dependencies.
- •Familiarity with DMEPOS, managed care, or utilization management processes is strongly preferred.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and ability to track multiple workstreams.
- •Excellent written communication skills.
