About the role
TL;DR
Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email in English and German.
- •Trustpilot is seeking a skilled and service-minded Business Support Agent to join their German speaking team in Copenhagen.
- •This role involves providing high-quality support to customers and reviewers through various communication channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide support to companies and the community via email, chat, and phone in English.
- •Monitor and respond to incoming email alerts in the Helpdesk system.
- •Assist customers with technical issues related to product setup and usage.
- •Build and maintain self-service guides for customers.
- •Collaborate with New Business, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- •Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
- •Ability to stay organized and manage a high workload independently.
- •Capacity to explain new concepts and provide training on products.
- •Basic understanding of e-commerce and SaaS products.
- •Comfortable with both B2B and B2C support.
