- •The Lead Manufacturing Integration Engineer will guide new products from concept through production release.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional development of new metal additive manufactured products from concept through production launch.
- •Evaluate customer requirements and convert them into manufacturable product designs.
- •Develop and execute product development plans, including design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
- •Create and optimize 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
- •Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles to maximize performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. 7-10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development. 3+ years of experience with metal additive manufacturing technologies.
- •Strong understanding of DfAM principles.
- •Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Netfabb, nTop, and Magics or comparable tools.
