- •Lead Halter's infrastructure and hardware operations in South America, building and managing a team to ensure seamless operation of our collar and tower technology.

- •Key Responsibilities Build and lead a team of Field Infrastructure and Operations Specialists.
- •Manage the maintenance system and ensure hardware infrastructure operates smoothly.
- •Act as the primary point of contact for complex field situations and ensure timely resolution.
- •Gather and analyze data from hardware to optimize processes and inform product development.
- •Travel regularly throughout South America to support implementations and operations.
- •Requirements Proven leadership experience in field or operations teams.
- •Hands-on experience with tools, electricity, construction, or equipment installation.
- •Deep understanding of South American livestock production, territory, and farmer practices.
- •Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- •Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
