About the role

TL;DR

Strategic growth leader for DTC brands in CPG space.

•We are looking for a strategic, senior growth leader responsible for architecting and accelerating full-funnel ecommerce growth for high-potential DTC brands, primarily in the CPG space.
•Key Responsibilities Own the high-level ecommerce growth strategy for 3-5 of high-growth DTC brands, from acquisition through retention.
•Build and continuously optimize full-funnel growth plans that connect paid media, onsite CRO, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle marketing.
•Identify revenue unlocks via landing pages, subscription programs, bundles and upsells strategies, etc.
•Partner closely with channel teams to ensure acquisition strategy aligns with on-site experience, conversion rates, and downstream profitability.
•Diagnose funnel performance using GA4, Shopify, platform data, and internal dashboards
•and turn insights into clear, prioritized actions.
•Requirements 8+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing, ideally with CPG or subscription brands.
•Deep, hands-on understanding of the DTC ecommerce stack (Shopify, GA4, Meta, Google, email/SMS, CRO tools, attribution platforms).
•Proven track record of driving measurable growth across CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV, and revenue.
•Obsessive comfort with data
•you know how to pull it, interpret it, and argue with it.
•Strong POV on what actually moves ecommerce performance vs. what just sounds good in decks.
