About the role
TL;DR
Own revenue generation and co-selling motions for existing GTM partners.
- •EliseAI is hiring a Partner Development Manager to own revenue generation across our existing GTM partner portfolio.
- •You will report to the GTM Partnerships Lead and work closely with Sales, RevOps, Business Development, Enablement, and Partner Marketing.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain high-value relationships at the rep, director, and executive level across assigned partner accounts / territories.
- •Own partner-sourced SQO targets for assigned accounts; this is the primary measure of success.
- •Build and deliver rep-level talk tracks, objection handling guides, and qualification criteria for partner field teams.
- •Track pipeline health and partner-sourced opportunity progression in Salesforce on a weekly basis.
- •Requirements 2+ years in a fast-paced, startup GTM motion: sales, partnerships, alliances, or GTM strategy and operations.
- •Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through a partner-led or co-selling motion.
- •Strong Salesforce discipline: pipeline hygiene, attribution, and performance reporting.
- •Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.
