- •Run the lab as an operation, ensuring environments, equipment, and throughput keep pace with vendor roadmaps.
- •Engage vendors as a peer on roadmaps, escalations, and early access.
- •Requirements Experience in hardware qualification, systems engineering, or lab teams for compute or infrastructure.
- •Experience in making deploy-or-not decisions with real money behind them.
- •Experience in standing up lab environments and the process discipline to run them.
