Lead technical direction for network architecture and standards.
- •The Network Tech Lead will own technical direction across the network, set the technical bar, and mentor senior engineers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical direction across the network: architecture decisions, standards, and the hardest cross-domain problems.
- •Set the technical bar: design reviews, automation standards, and the source-of-truth model everything generates from.
- •Take the escalations that span domains: fabric, backbone, and facility networks interacting badly.
- •Mentor senior engineers into architects.
- •Requirements You've been the senior technical authority for very large network estates.
- •You've made architecture decisions at fabric-generation scale and lived with the consequences.
- •You review designs at a level that makes strong engineers better.
- •You debug the problems that cross every boundary.
