TL;DR

Build and test hardware for autonomous trucks, performing hands-on technical tasks.

  • Kodiak Robotics is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to build and test critical hardware products for their autonomous trucks.
  • This role involves hands-on work with products and supporting diverse technical projects.
  • Key Responsibilities Build high-quality harness assemblies.
  • Perform incoming quality inspection for contract manufacturing harness builds.
  • Organize and manage prototype test setups/fixtures.
  • Perform testing on electrical components and assemblies.
  • Perform soldering, mechanical assemblies, and subsystem builds.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in an R&D or development lab environment.
  • Experience with prototype builds, testing, and operating test equipment.
  • Experience reading and building harnesses from drawings.
  • Comfortable using soldering iron, multimeter, and crimping tools.
