- •ARQ is a fast-growing fintech company aiming to redefine cross-border money interactions.
- •As a Special Projects Lead, you will work closely with the founders to drive critical initiatives and shape the future of the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify and launch new revenue streams or improve monetization of existing ones.
- •Design and execute activation and cross-sell programs to increase revenue per user.
- •Execute local growth efforts including community, affiliate, brand, and influencer marketing.
- •Identify and own initiatives to improve gross margin.
- •Negotiate with vendors and partners for better commercial terms.
- •Requirements 3-6 years of experience in a VC-backed company, top-tier management consulting, or investment banking.
- •Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- •Resourceful with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- •Ability to work well in a team, driven, and a proven closer.
- •Business fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
