About the role
TL;DR
The Solutions Architect will manage technical relationships and integrations for enterprise customers.
- •The Solutions Architect will own the full technical relationship on strategic deals, from initial demo through post-close implementation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full technical relationship on strategic deals, from initial demo through post-close implementation.
- •Design and deliver tailored demos and POCs that showcase how Roadrunner’s PQA stack fits into a customer’s existing CRM, ERP, and broader enterprise architecture.
- •Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, build technical credibility with IT and business stakeholders, and remove technical blockers early in the sales cycle.
- •Lead post-sale technical onboarding: gather requirements, architect integration solutions, and work hands-on with implementation engineers to bring customers live and scale.
- •Translate real-world customer needs into actionable product insights for Engineering and Product teams.
- •Requirements Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with a track record of owning complex enterprise deals or implementations end-to-end.
- •Confidence engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- •Hands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CPQ, HubSpot), along with a strong understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
- •Working knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader revenue stack, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
