- •We are looking for a senior engineering manager to manage our backend engineering team.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain backend services powering Deuna's integrations with hundreds of merchants and payments providers globally.
- •Drive efficiency across the team for accurate costing and delivery of initiatives.
- •Enable a low tech-debt, highly innovative engineering organization.
- •Coach and mentor technical leads and engineering managers.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience building backend systems at scale, ideally in fintech and payments space.
- •Great mentor and have built teams and developed individuals successfully while delivering high availability, reliable systems efficiently.
- •Great communication and organizational skills.
