About the role
TL;DR
Lead the expansion of Arrive Fresh's carrier capacity department.
- •As the Director of Carrier Capacity for Arrive Fresh, you will expand our high-growth produce and floral division by building and scaling an elite cold-chain carrier network.
- •Key Responsibilities Direct the overall operations, strategy, and execution of the Arrive Fresh carrier capacity department.
- •Inspire, mentor, and coach Carrier Capacity Managers and Carrier Account Representatives.
- •Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on professional development.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience preferred. 15+ years of relevant brokerage experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage operations. 10+ years of dedicated experience in produce and floral logistics.
