- •airSlate is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead a strategic transformation of its financial planning and analysis function.
- •This role will reimagine FP&A processes using AI and data warehousing to drive scalable insights and become a true strategic partner to the business.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end transformation of FP&A workflows, migrating data from spreadsheets to the data warehouse.
- •Own revenue planning, headcount planning, and the annual budget/forecasting cycles.
- •Serve as the primary financial partner to GMs and department heads, driving planning and resource allocation decisions.
- •Build and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of ownership and proactivity.
- •Requirements 7-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment.
- •Demonstrated track record of process transformation and redesigning workflows from first principles.
- •Strong command of SaaS unit economics and comfort operating with imperfect data.
- •Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools or a strong appetite to learn and experiment.
