About the role
TL;DR
Lead horizontal infrastructure transformations and AI/ML platform integration at scale.
- •We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at the Senior Staff level to serve as a horizontal technology leader across our Core Infrastructure and Platform teams.
- •You are fully accountable for the efficiency, scaling, and modernization of our foundational platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Infrastructure Evolution: Lead programmatic execution for large-scale architectural shifts, including microservices refactoring, service optimization, and complex regionalization strategies.
- •Maximize Efficiency & Scale: Drive initiatives to drastically increase hardware, database, and network utilization across our global infrastructure footprint.
- •Steer AI/ML Platform Transformations: Own the program roadmap for embedding cutting-edge AI capabilities and advanced ML infrastructure directly into our foundational core platforms.
- •Requirements The "Engineer-First" Background: A proven foundational background as an Infrastructure, Site Reliability (SRE), or Core Backend Engineer earlier in your career.
- •Hands-on Technical Leadership: A strong track record of driving initiatives not just through tracking, but through active technical contribution.
- •High-Scale Infrastructure Depth: Extensive experience managing massive cloud-native systems, focusing heavily on core networking, distributed databases, and high-utilization environments.
