- •Brex is seeking a Servicing Collections Associate to manage outstanding funds and support risk management within the Servicing Collections function.
- •This role involves direct B2B stakeholder engagement, focusing on negotiations and collections to maximize customer repayments.
- •Key Responsibilities Collect on outstanding funds and manage payment plans according to SOPs.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for customer repayments in delinquency scenarios.
- •Identify and suggest improvements to payment plans and settlement options.
- •Provide visibility into customer negotiations and servicing results to Underwriting, Accounting, and Finance teams.
- •Analyze escalated customer repayment scenarios and extract/present data using Hex and Google Sheets.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- •Strong problem-solving skills for escalated customer issues.
- •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and build business relationships.
- •Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Apps, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Excel Functions.
