TL;DR
Lead the Internal Audit function end-to-end for 7 months, ensuring continuity and driving governance.
- •Qonto is seeking a Head of Internal Audit for a fixed-term maternity cover of approximately 7 months.
- •This role will ensure continuity of assurance, governance reporting, and team leadership during a pivotal time for the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the audit portfolio end-to-end, supervising all internal, external, and joint missions.
- •Steer the Audit Plan, reviewing and re-prioritizing for evolving risks and regulatory shifts.
- •Lead a distributed team of 6-7 auditors and coordinate external providers.
- •Drive governance reporting to the CEO and the Audit & Risk Committee.
- •Leverage AI and data tools to enhance risk identification and reporting quality.
- •Requirements Experience in leading and managing an internal audit function.
- •Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk management frameworks.
- •Experience in a regulated financial institution is a plus.
- •Ability to lead and develop a distributed team.
- •Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and AI tools for audit purposes.
