- •Wolt is seeking a Courier HR Senior Specialist to establish and manage the courier HR operations in Croatia.
- •This role involves owning the full employee lifecycle for a growing courier workforce, from onboarding to compliance, and building the necessary HR infrastructure from scratch.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the employee lifecycle for employed couriers in Croatia, including onboarding, contracts, documentation, and leave administration.
- •Manage HR aspects for couriers relocating from abroad, including work permit tracking and compliance.
- •Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation in collaboration with the functional team.
- •Act as the day-to-day HR point of contact for sourcing agencies and coordinate with operational teams.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or workforce administration, ideally with scale or compliance complexity.
- •Experience working with foreign worker documentation, work permits, or employment compliance processes.
- •Ability to operate independently and build processes in a dynamic environment.
- •Fluency in Croatian (C1-C2) and professional English (B2-C2).
