About the role
TL;DR
Kitchen assistant responsible for dishwashing, cleaning, and supporting kitchen operations.
- •As a kitchen assistant, you will perform support tasks for the kitchen and restaurant.
- •You are responsible for washing dishes and cleaning in the kitchen, ensuring there are enough clean dishes and kitchen materials, and that the areas are clean.
- •Key Responsibilities Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen materials.
- •Ensuring the dishwasher functions properly and replenishing supplies.
- •Cleaning tasks in the kitchen, restaurant, and patient areas.
- •Disposing of waste and emptying bins.
- •Assisting with serving meals to patients during dinner if needed.
- •Requirements Minimum VMBO work and thinking level.
- •Adherence to HACCP standards.
- •Willingness to obtain HACCP certification internally if not already possessed.
- •Practical dishwashing experience is a plus.
- •Customer-friendly and able to work well in a team.
