- •Suno is seeking a Senior People Partner to act as a strategic advisor to a function or senior leader and their team.
- •You will shape organizational design, talent strategy, and performance systems, ensuring they align with Suno's rapid growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- •Lead complex employee relations and high-stakes performance situations.
- •Design and adapt company-wide talent development programs.
- •Coach leaders through team scaling, reorgs, and performance challenges.
- •Utilize workforce data and AI tools to identify capability gaps and risks.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience as a People Partner in a high-growth tech environment.
- •Proven track record in employee relations and performance management.
- •Sophistication in org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- •Strong grounding in US employment law.
- •Hands-on experience with AI tools and building AI-enhanced workflows.
