Build and scale AI-driven GTM systems for Moonfare.
- •This role builds and scales Moonfare's AI-driven go-to-market (GTM) systems, automating CRM and commercial processes to improve lead generation, scoring, routing, and outreach across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain automation and workflows in HubSpot (lead routing, lifecycle management) Define architecture for an AI-driven GTM engine and scale automation across commercial teams Design and implement lead scoring models (rules-based and AI-assisted) Manage integrations/connectors between HubSpot and LLMs/tools (e.g., n8n) Improve data enrichment, generation, and compliant lead processes Requirements Extensive experience with HubSpot and CRM architectures Experience building complex workflows and automation Hands-on use of LLMs in production via APIs or automation frameworks (e.g., n8n) Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and applying AI to lead scoring and personalization
