Lead AI agents and automation platform development, leveraging LLMs and OpenAI.
- •Lead the development and scaling of Jerry.ai's AI platform and customer experiences, leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to create a magical customer journey.
- •This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development for our AI platform and customer experiences.
- •Design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
- •Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization.
- •Drive systematic improvement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates.
- •Work with partners at OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation models.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in a technical role at a fast-paced startup.
- •Passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs.
- •Track record of taking complex ideas and turning them into scalable products.
- •Familiarity with SQL and comfortable diving into data.
